Hi! Daniel here. I started my career in a technical role, building and operating data networks. I was a high performer and soon found myself promoted to manage the team. Nobody taught me how to lead people and I was a terrible manager! Since then, I've spent decades honing my craft, learning from dozens of executives, coaches, and mentors.
